The project began with a comprehensive understanding of the project scope, team structure and responsibilities as well as the existing IT landscape. Based on this, the consumer journey was defined and translated into a concept that took into account both the content and the system requirements. The next steps included tendering the necessary trades and orchestrating and monitoring the implementation.
The result: an innovative and interactive customer experience with state-of-the-art technology. A multi-touch table enables individual vehicle configuration and generates a unique code. A laser engraver transfers this configuration to each Audi dealer for the customer. An AI-controlled KUKA robot draws the latest eTron GT concept car, while an interactive mirror demonstrates LED light configurations and surprises customers. These digital highlights underline Audi's innovative strength and ensure an unforgettable brand experience.
