We defined and designed a holistic customer journey that seamlessly connects all aspects of the customer experience. By creating mood boards, layouts, drawings and 3D renderings, we visualized an inspiring design that underlines the new brand values. We reviewed and handed over the concept to the furniture supplier and ensured a smooth implementation. Close collaboration with all the trades involved enabled perfect execution and on-time completion of the store.
The result: the introduction of CALIDA's new retail design vision as a "House of the Brand Experience". The store boasts a fresh, high-impact design that appeals to a younger target group while inspiring loyal customers. This concept consolidates CALIDA's position as an innovative brand in the premium segment.
