Development of an innovative concept with a focus on the customer journey. We created mood boards, layouts, 3D renderings and defined technical details. The implementation was reviewed and handed over to furniture suppliers and digital service providers. In collaboration with the building trades, we ensured the successful implementation of the pilot projects.
The result: an innovative customer experience that connects customers with Thalia products in a new way. It attracts a younger target group and generates social media traffic. The modular and scalable design allows for easy adaptation to different store types and formats, giving Thalia flexibility and future-proofing.
